We’ve received many awards and honours over the years from
organisations such as the Great Taste Awards, Blás na hEireann, Craft Butchers
of Ireland, Food & Wine Magazine, Good Food Ireland and the Small Firms
Association. We’ve also won awards abroad, competing against international competition.
Seán Kelly was the first man in Ireland to be made a Knight
of the Boudin Noir by the Confrerie des Chevaliers du Goute-Boudin from
Mortagne-au-Perche, France.

Blás na hÉireann Awards
Kelly’s products have had many successes over the years in the Irish food awards. We’ve won medals for our branded charcuterie including Kelly’s Puddings, Kelly’s Hazlett and Kelly’s Vegetarian Pudding as well as specialist products like Kelly’s Sirloin in Suet.
IFFA Food Fair Frankfurt, Germany
This is the world’s leading trade fair and it was a memorable moment for us in 2019 when Seán Kelly picked up no less than eight medals – four of them gold. We won gold meals for Kelly’s Black Pudding, Kelly’s Wild Atlantic Black Pudding, Kelly’s Wild Atlantic White Pudding and Kelly’s Hazlett. The silver medals were for Ham Loin, Smoked Ham Loin and Smoked Rasher while Kelly’s Chorizo won a bronze medal.
Georgina Campbell Irish Breakfast Food Awards
We were delighted to win the Best Meats category at these prestigious breakfast awards presented in association with Fáilte Ireland. Kelly’s products are on some of the best breakfast menus in the country.
